What it helps you do

Recognize patterns

See how often symptoms happen, how much they affect you, and whether they line up with bleeding, sleep, or other changes.

Document changes

Keep a clear record of bleeding, flow, sleep disruption, and new medications or supplements — without relying on memory.

Prepare for appointments

Walk in with two to three months of organized notes, your history, and the questions that matter most to you.

Who may find it helpful

For women in the menopause transition — or wondering if they are

  • You’re in your late 30s, 40s, or 50s and noticing changes in your cycle, sleep, mood, energy, or temperature
  • Your periods are irregular, unpredictable, or have stopped — or you don’t have periods because of a hysterectomy, ablation, or hormonal contraception
  • You want to describe what’s been happening clearly at your next appointment
  • You’re not sure what’s causing your symptoms and want better information to discuss
Important to know

Symptoms like fatigue, poor sleep, mood changes, brain fog, and cycle changes can come from the menopause transition — and also from thyroid conditions, iron deficiency, sleep disorders, medications, stress, and other causes, or more than one at once. The tracker can’t diagnose perimenopause or tell these causes apart. It helps you and your clinician see the pattern clearly.

Contact a clinician promptly about any bleeding after 12 months without a period, bleeding between periods or after sex, very heavy or prolonged bleeding, or significant cycle changes before age 40. The full list of warning signs is on page 1 of the tracker.
